Colorado is of course famous for its ski resorts, Wyoming is not. But Jackson Hole is a Wyoming small-town that balances outdoor adventure and old fashioned cowboy hospitality with some of the most reliable snowfalls of any ski region in the USA. So why not do something different and ski where the buffaloes roam? Jackson Hole Resort is about a 20-minute drive from downtown Jackson. The local airport is serviced by United, Delta and American Airlines from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Salt Lake City and Dallas.
